English model Kate Moss had an embarrassing experience on the red carpet in Berlin this week. Promoting her new fragrance, Velvet Hour, Moss entered the launch after-party with a full head of hair, but when she left, a chunk of her extensions decided to hang around. The shedding did not go unnoticed by the paparazzi, some of whom posed with the errant tresses!
Cold Played
Chris Martin, the lead singer of English band Coldplay, stormed out of an interview at the BBC this week. According to E Online, Martin found the questions about his music tiresome. He accused the interviewer, after a seemingly innocuous question, of twisting his words. All questions about his personal life were off limits. The band are about to release a new album called Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends, but the publicity trail looks like it will be tricky for the media since Martin has said he ‘doesn’t really like having to talk about things!’
Britney and Mel, Smokin'
The unusual friendship between Mel Gibson and Britney Spears continues with the pair spotted at a Beverly Hills cigar bar called The Havana Club. Witnesses say that the rendezvous looked like a counselling session, rather than a business meeting. The two became friends when they were neighbours some time ago, and it appears that Mel and his wife have an ongoing interest in Brit’s welfare, which seems to be improving.
Fat Jack Black
Funny man Jack Black, star of the new film Kung Fu Panda, has admitted in OK Magazine that he wants to lose weight so he looks more attractive on film when he does nude scenes. Apparently when he saw his naked butt on screen in the film Margot at the Wedding, which also starred Nicole Kidman, he was horrified. Black has recently become a father for the second time.
