Bar of the Week, Cushdy, Adelaide
A super-stylish new lounge and bar addition for Adelaide’s west end.
The soothing interior calls for a relaxing imbibe with mates or dates - think comfortable leather armchairs, art clad walls and twinkling tea lights. But the bar staff here are serious about their cocktails and there are some pretty potent concoctions on offer. How about the 'Fairy Tails' with absinthe, passion fruit vodka and guava, or for something more frivolous, the 'Monkey Business' using fresh banana, banana liqueur, whiskey, caramel and cream
And beginning in April, CUSHDY will also host Mix n' Match classes. Open to singles between 25 and 40 years of age, the combination mixology and speed dating class will incorporate cocktail making lessons along with "drink breaks" so students can get to know their classmates!
