Well, you really must try a Pole Jamz class, and yes, it involves a pole and a few sexy moves. But hold on now, don’t get all shy on us! It’s not exactly Pole Dancing, it’s more like pole exercises. I tell you I was a little scared myself at first but when it all got started it was seriously so much fun and mind you, extremely exhausting.
No heels or fancy outfits needed, simply rock up in your usual workout outfit, slip off your shoes and your ready to go! In no time at all you will be stepping around the pole, doing a few tummy strengthening exercises and yes, a little swinging.
A Pole Jamz class is so much fun. You get to enjoy some funky beats, a little girl power, a few laughs and of course a full body workout.
