WINTER CLASS PART THREE
Exercise 1.
- Lie on your belly, take your arms and legs as wide as possible, inhale.
- Exhale as you lift your limbs into the air.
- Flex your toes towards the ground and fingers upwards, hold, inhale, then exhale as you bring your arms and legs together.
- Inhale to open limbs wide.
- Repeat 5 times.
- Collapse and rest.
Exercise 2.
- Lie on your belly, with your knees wide, soles of your feet together and hands by chest.
- Inhale, then exhale as you lift your torso and hands off the ground.
- Inhale, holding them up, then exhale as you bend around to the right side, keeping your elbows pulled back.
- Inhale to return to centre, exhale and repeat on the other side.
- Repeat both sides 10 times. (This position is for sexual energy.)
Exercise 3.
- Rest on all fours, with hands under your shoulders, inhale.
- Exhale to arch like a cat, looking towards your navel.
- Inhale and return to centre, then exhale as you sag like a cow, looking up to the sky.
- Inhale and return to centre.
- Repeat the sequence 5 times.
Exercise 4.
- Sit with your buttocks to your heels, looking forward.
- Inhale, then exhale as you come forward with the chest.
- Inhale as you straighten your arms and look above, drawing your shoulders away from your ears.
- Exhale as you arch like a cat, looking at your navel.
- Inhale as you take your buttocks back to your heels, looking forward.
- Repeat the sequence twice.
